I paid and the sounds are still locked

Open Settings inside Still and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple which subscription your Apple Account holds and unlocks everything it finds. If you bought Still Plus on a different Apple Account, sign in to that one first — subscriptions belong to the account, not the phone.

Managing or cancelling Still Plus

Cancelling is done through Apple, not through us: open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Still. You can switch between monthly and yearly there too.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the period you already paid for runs out.

Refunds

Apple takes the payment, so Apple issues the refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to refund an Apple purchase on Apple's behalf.

The sound stops when my screen locks

Still is built to play all night with the screen off. If it stops, check that Still is not being put to sleep by Low Power Mode, and that a sleep timer is not set shorter than you meant. The timer lives on the player screen.

Nothing plays at all

Check the silent switch on the side of the phone, then the volume while a sound is playing. If it is still silent, force-quit Still and reopen it. If that does not fix it, email us — include what you tapped and what happened.

Privacy

Still has no account, no sign-in, and no analytics. Nothing about your listening leaves your phone. The full privacy policy is one short page.
