Still — Terms of Use

Still is made by All the Way Good Inc. Using it means agreeing to this.

The subscription

Still Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks every sound, every scene, Grey Font Theory’s music, and a sleep timer that plays all night.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.

Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited if you buy a subscription before it ends. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it finishes.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one on Apple's behalf.

The music

The recordings, compositions and artwork in Still belong to Grey Font Theory. A subscription lets you listen inside the app. It does not grant a licence to copy, re-upload, sell, or use them in your own work, including in videos.

What Still is not

Still is for rest. It is not a medical device and it does not treat insomnia, anxiety or any other condition. If you are struggling with sleep or your mental health, please talk to a doctor.

Do not use Still while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention.

Liability

Still is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, All the Way Good Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited.
